Decades of diaries

Diaries and journals are a very important part of my family. My grandmother kept a diary for many many decades and she live to be 100! These journals are great -- just enough space to record the highlights. And room in the back for extra notes. I usually keep a list of the main characters in our lives on the back inside cover. Seriously, in fifty years, readers will want to know who people were and how they fit into our lives. I really like these. They are very sturdy, full of beautiful photographs, the place-marker ribbon is very very useful. I will continue to order one every year as long as they are in print. I have a couple of decades of diaries stored and will continue to add to my story.

Pretty Not Functional - Disappointed

This planner calendar is beautiful but would be better if not hardcover, the pages were not slick, and if it came in a wire binding. It's kinda heavy to carry in a backpack, it's not for writing in pencil, and doesn't necessarily lay flat. It's more of a book that sits on a desk for mild use that looks nice displayed. I was disappointed b/c wanted something pretty & inspirational but functional to carry & use.

My life is uncomplicated, especially compared to Brett K., but I do like a record of my days.

I've been a fan of this calendar/planner since 2000. Usually, I've bought it for myself. It's been a gorgeous way to keep track of my supremely ordinary life. This hardback book is organized week by week. For each week, there's a photo from France, a reminder to me that there may be a different landscape or another way to live. I've never come across another calendar as tempting.

My French Country Diary collection dates back to 2012. The photographs are gorgeous! Countrysides, linens, collections, gardens & food are captured in a most refined manner. This is a must have for those captivated with French decorating or travels to France.

OOO LA LA!!

I have been buying and using these beautiful calendar books for many years now. Not only do they help me keep track of myself with more than adequate space to jot in appointments, reminders, etc., but these calendar books are luscious with stunning photography -- the next best thing to being there. The 2019 version is just as yummy as all the other years, so I highly recommend it to you.

Love in a calendar!

I have been receiving this calendar for about 23 years ago. I bought my first one in Paris, years ago, and, I still just love it!

Perfect desk calendar.

Perfect desk calendar per a family member who requests it each year on her Christmas list. Thanks for the quick delivery.

I know it's archaic; but....

I know no one uses a paper calendar any more; but, I LOVE this calendar. I've been using it for years. The photos are lovely. The block size for each day is nice and large. I can see entire weeks at a glance. And, my phone bricked a couple months ago. I was SO GLAD i had an actual paper calendar. I would have been sunk if I only had it all on my phone.

Traditional Christmas Gift for my wife

This has been a traditional Christmas gift for my wife for at least 15 years. She is old school and writes appointments down in this book. The photos of France are very nice...she loves it and expects it each Christmas - and it is a reasonable gift to give - quality is very nice.

I have been using this calendar book for over 15 years.

I love the photos and appreciate the explanations of where they were taken.
